Pain and swelling problem

Hello doctor.my mother had a fracture in her metatarsal bone of right leg.but still there is swelling around the ankle area and that pains.she has consulted to doctor many times and have diagnosed very low calcium in her body and shrinking of vein.please prescribe any medicine and also diet which she should follow.

After the fracture there will be stiffness around the ankle which leads to swelling as the back flow of lymphatic fluid is compromised. Work on restoring the ankle movement. It will be painful but that is the need of the hour.
