Pain and swelling of right epididymitis
I was diagnosed with UTI in August , and afterwards I felt little pain and swelling of my right testis. After an USG , it was diagnosed that I was suffering epididymitis. Had taken full medication, the swelling gone after few days although and on last month I observed swelling (no pain) in between both testes, I had visited an urologist and undergone medication (although the swelling had gone after one day). As I have completed medication just few days ago, I am again feeling pain in my right epididymitis (a very little swelling is still there which has not gone away earlier). I was using scrotum support for 2 months then stopped it as I couldn't find a good one (the local ones are not good for daily use). Need help as I am getting worried for such a long time to get complete cure and I am unable to do fitness training, cycling. Things are very much depressing for me right now

you need to get a Uroflowmetry to rule out any obstruction in the urinary tract which could be a reason for recurrent epididymoorchitis. Usually after successful completion of the therapy with antibiotics, the epididymal swelling would not return to normal for many months. gradually it will come back to the size which was noted earlier. I would suggest you to get a Ultrasound of scrotum again to look for any abnormalities other than the epididymoorchitis. Urine for AFB smear for 3days and Quantiferon TB gold test would also be helpful incase if this problem is persistent.
