Pain and Swelling in right testicle

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I'm feeling pain in my right testicle since yesterday. Swelling is also there. Had fever also yesterday. Took paracetamol in the night and slept off. Little pain in right lower abdomen also is there. Should I be worried about it, or will it become normal after some time?

Is there any swelling in testes? It might be orchitis. Need to get personally examined. Need of antibiotics and painkillers may needed. Get urine tests done
