Pain and itching- near tools output

Asked for Male, 37 Years

Sir,i am feeling pain and itching during night after 8:30 pm ,at the tools output area regularly.i used to clean it with hot water to reduce the problem.pls suggest me the permanent solution to releif form my problem.

Just wash with normal water and keep it clean and dry. If you are having more itching then apply Vaseline or otherwise show to dermatologist nearby your place .
