Tab ZERODOLE SP Three times a day after food for five days. Locally apply oxyurate+ lidocaine gel in 1:2 ratio before n after defication. MONTEK LC ONE at night for five days.

Your pain & itching during motion may be due to fissure or hemorrhoids. Non-Surgical Treatment: ✔ Sitz bath (warm water soak) 2-3 times daily ✔ Lignocaine ointment (Lox 2%) for pain ✔ Stool softener (Duphalac/Lactulose) to prevent straining ✔ Anti-fissure cream (Nitroglycerin 0.2%/Diltiazem 2%) for healing ✔ High-fiber diet & hydration If it keeps recurring, surgery (laser/fissurectomy) may be needed.
