Pain and irritation on side of tongue

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Hello sir/mam For the past 4-5 months I am feeling sharp pain and redness and some Kind of puffiness on my left side of the tongue. I have Google about it and it is showing erythroplakia I am feeling very scared Attaching photos here Please help
