When semen comes out from penis after that feeling pain in urine tube and pain is much if need to urinate and also slightly feeling pain when urination. Taking alfuzosin 10 almost 30 days but no developed sir pls suggeste what i do?

Take a antiinflammtory drug like combiflam twice daily for 5 days for symptomatic relief of pain. Do urine examination routine and microscopic ,if infection, addition of a antibiotic may be useful
