Pain and burning after urination

Dear Doctor I am suffering from kidney and urethra stone. A month ago i gone through KUB and Urine test. I am feeling pain and burning inside the tip of penis after passing urine. Currently i am taking homeopathic treatment, but no relief in pain and burning. I dont know weather stones are still in urethra and kidney or not, but i am not feeling any pain in kidney or lower abdominal. Pain and burning is only inside the tip of penis after passing urine. I have attached KUB report, which was 1 month old. Kindly suggest what should i do Your answer will be appreciated. Thanks
