Pain after uti treatment

Asked for Male, 34 Years

I have been diagnosed with uti (ecoli in C&S report) and consulted urologist and antibiotics(nifas-100mg) and syrup were prescribed for one week and then I have undergone a urine test again. No bacteria in C&S but occasional pus cells in cue. For that I was prescribed taxim-O 200mg for one week. I am having continuous mild pain(cramp kind of) in lower abdomen right side.I have undergone CT scan and other tests and everything was fine. In CT, few mild swollen lymph nodes were observed as attached. After this, I have done self ejaculation for nearly 20 days. Mild tingling pain started after urination. I have undergone a urine test again and it was normal. What could be the reason behind this? And also lower abdomen right side pain?

You have sub-centimetric mesenteric lymphadenitis due to which you will have certain migratory pain. You will need prolonged appropriate antibiotics course ( atleast 3 week course)
