Pain after unwanted 72 not stopping

Asked for Female, 16 Years

I took unwanted 72 1 hr after intercourse. I took it three days ago in evening. From next day morning the pain started in lower abdomen. The pain persisted and it kept on increasing on intervals. Now the pain is very intense. What should I do. When will the pain stop? should I take any medicine? Please suggest
