Pain after mucor fungus surgery

Asked for Male, 50 Years

I am a patient of mucor fungus and that was minor operated in pgi and anti fungal injection of dosage 3.8 gm is completed 10 days before .A checkup of endoscopy is also done and fungus is cleared now but now patient is suffering from a pain in nose area from last days continueslyy which is not in control without pain killer please guide us about this disease

Is the patient diabetic ? Mucormycosis is an very dangerous disease and there are even chances of mortality when not controlled properly. I congratulate you and your doctor for successful outcome. Sometimes pain can last and one should look for any disease activity too in such cases.... A simple endoscopy can do the job and many times a CT scan or MRI is needed...
