Pain after glucose drip

Asked for Female, 32 Years

Hi my sister has got glucose drip in middle of hand a week ago, since then there is swelling in her hand and having pain whenever tries to move hand. Even after using tube Thrombophob cream From two days there is no improvement. Pls advice
