Pain after crown fixation
Hi I did my root canal treatment in September 2017 and crown fixation on 26th December 2017. After the crown is fixed i am feeling the pain only on that particular tooth while biting. There was no pain after root canal but after the crown is fixed I’m having pain especially when I bite using that tooth. What might be the reason ?

Visit the dentist, he will grind it off and pain will subside
But do it fast otherwise situation may worsen

The main reason will be high points on the crown. Pls get it adjusted from ur treating dentist

Cause of pain might be one of the following
1) high points on crown
2) tight contacts between crown and neighbouring teeth
3) flossing not regular

Crown fixing over root canal treated teeth will require some adjustments even after one or two weeks so better report to your Dentist regarding the discomfort and get correct it earlier

Very common cause of pain after crown fixing is extra height in the crown which is called as high point. Kindly ask your doctor to do the necessary adjustments. It will solve your problem.
