Pacifier are ok for 3 month baby
For my boy baby of going to be 3 months old in another 10 days who is currently only breast feeding but at times when he is not hungry or about to sleep he cries like anything. So at that time can we give him pacifiers as he also developed a habit of sucking he hands.

Hand/thumb sucking is normal at 3-9 months of age. Pacifier are source of infection if not sterilised properly and moreover prolong use can cause delay tooth eruption, mal-alignment of teeth and some facial problems.. so it’s better to avoid.
