Hi Please share all the details regarding medical condition and diet she is taking. Try to avoid protein powders unless subscribed by your physician. Sprouts, Dals, lentils, nuts and seeds, milk and milk products, soya, eggs all are good sources of protein. Try to include natural protein in all 3 meals. Thanks
