Olanzapine at the dosage that you are taking is inadequate dose for augmentation in Ocd treatment. In Ocd a slightly higher than adequate dose of SSRIs are usually prescribed so as to be effective. You should get a detailed assessment for reduced appetite to know the cause for the same. And other appetite enhancers should be tried first before olanzapine for the sole purpose of increase in appetite. Don't try to titrate medication yourself without a professional consultation.
