Stones are only formed when there is a combination of risk factors present like your body's potential to handle oxalates, your water intake, overall dietary intake etc.. Just because you consume things rich in oxalate wont make you develop kidney stones.

Hi,
Vegetables, whole wheat they are good source of vitamins, minerals, dietary fibre, which are good for health. Excessive intake of coffee will be harmful but that doesn't mean these can cause kidney stones. Generally who drink less amount water, which causes excretion of waste products is less, prone to formation of stone. If any one maintain a healthy lifestyle with hydrate oneself enough, the chances of formation of kidney stone is less.
