Ovulation Issues - I Was On Diane 35 For Last Three Months. And

I was on diane 35 for last three months. And This month on 14th to 16th day i have tested for ovulation and each tym i am getting negative result. Am I not ovulating at all? Or the window i have selected for testing is not correct for me
