How many years can Diane 35 be taken ?
Having Diane 35 for 4 years for PCOS detected due to high acne and hair fall This was recommended by doctor .No side effects so far( not done any blood test or USG).Can it be continued for longer? What needs to be done or taken as supplements if i have to stop Diane 35 now? Will acne reappear? Please advise .i AM 44 years old.

Hi, Diane can be continued for longer in certain cases, but at 44, PCOS symptoms should have reduced anyway. It is important to note that diane is not prescribed for too long in certain cases like people with high BMI or smokers. There a any such considerations to be kept in mind before making a decision
