You are still a school going child, it is good that you are so conscious about you health and body figure, but I would just advise you to have good physical activity, pick up a outdoor sport, and play everyday for an hour, eat good 1 st class protein foods, that come from animal products, and mix of cereal and pulse. reduce the intake of fats and processed foods, also simple sugars. With all this you should be good to go.
