Hi,
Infancy is the stage of life with maximum growth in terms of height, weight n cognitive development. Ideally the weight of the child should double by six months of age and triples by age of one year. If baby is active ,then there are less chances of any illness etc, even then get baby checked by paediatrician . If possible get baby thyroid levels checked. Ask baby mom to consume balance diet, rather than diet rich in fats , simple carbohydrates. This baby fat is shed of as soon as babies starts walking n running.
