I am 31 years old. Height 5ft 11inches and my weight is near to 100 kilos. I want to get rid of the extra weight that i gained. I want to start from next week and continue till i reach the goal of healthy weight. The holy month of Ramdan is also starting from the last week of May. So, i would like to continue the same in the fasting days as well. Please advise.
