I am 28 year old women. My height is 5.2 ft and my weight is 65 kg. Most of the fat is at tummy,thighs and hips. I am teacher. I woke up at 6 am and drink a glass of hot water daily and at 7 i drink milk without
sugar and at 10 i did my breakfast. I took my lunch at 12 (2-3 roti and sabji). At 3 pm i drink milk and do breakfast and at 8 i took my dinner. I want to lose my weight please suggest me.
