It’s heartening to know that you are not looking for a quick fix. Glad to know you are working out and eating healthy. You first need to know what’s contributing to your current weight - muscle or fat : get a Body fat analysis (BCA) done. If your muscle % is higher then muscle mass is contributing to your current weight. But in case your fat % is higher then -Try adding more salads to your diet -Reduce portion size of your meals - Have a lighter dinner - Do not skip your meals - Eat on time
Next Steps
Change your workout regime- sometimes body gets used to the same kind of work out
Health Tips
Try to rule out hormonal imbalance that could be the reason why your fat loss is slow Hope this helps
