Overthinking
My brother is 29 year old and  he is optometrist. he married last year . my brother's having overthinking problem. but he talking very good and talking very sensible. when he alon something is going on his mind seems like he thinking something his face expression is like he thinking very deeply. also he thinking he very smart and other fools always criticising to others since last 1 year he is not going job . when family asked to him about job he didn't reply anything  but Going father restaurant and help them always surfing mobile . using Twitter and YouTube cricket and politics

It is obvious that your brother has something which he cannot describe to you or family. And not going to job is a thing which draws attention about his psychological disturbance. U have to bring him to a psychiatrist or u can tele-consult to me i can help your brother better . Good luck.
