I'm not able to concentrate and stay focused over my studies. Just done with my Hsc board exams and I haven't done it well. I feel it's due to my anxiety and depression problems. And nowadays I'm not able to be happy like not at all, I just keep overthinking and all things. Fear of someone who shall leave me in future, what would things come up as and many more thoughts threatens. Because of all these things my health is getting badly affected. I'm totally helpless.

Hi. It's not easy to battling with distressful and repititive thoughts and then manage your daily stressful life.
Your thoughts are future oriented and negative in connotation, which is not a good sign. Our thoughts have the power to affect our mood/feelings, behaviour as well as physical health.
I would request you to see a psychologist as he or she will help you understand the root cause of these negative thoughts through therapy. They will give you tools and techniques to not just manage but overcome this paralyzed state of mind.
Mindfulness is something which I have seen works really well with people plagued with distressful thoughts.
Read some articles on the same to see if it will help you.
Next Steps
I would strongly urge you to pick up the phone and see a paychologist. It is scary to open up to a stranger but it is worth it. Hope you will find this useful.
