  4. Overian cyst. So now what should we do?

3 month back my wife had gone through laproscopy surgy and doc removed right overy with cyst (52x46x39) mm & 41x38x45 mm cyst from left overy.Now her PCOD is not regular so went to doctor and done USG again & it show 22mm cyst on left overy. So now what should we do?Please suggest the same.
