Right overian cyst 03cmx03cm, pain right overian, mental disturbance,mood swings,anxiety,leg cramps right side.taking intimacy plus 3 pills since 2 month but nothing relief.past two year before i diagnosis pcod that time i was taking dianogest table for 3 month and i feel better that time. But this time i diagnosis Overian cyst. Please help me im suffering from 2.5 month.

Hi. You should take an antibiotic course of Tab Doxy 100mg BD for 2 weeks along with Tab Metronidazole 400mg BD for 1 week. Tab Pantop 40mg BBF for 1 week. Take Vit E once daily for 1 month. You can get scan repeated after the next cycle. All the best!

Complete 3 months course.
And get MRI done next time if cysts persists.
