Overdose of paracetamol

Asked for Male, 28 Years

My daughter is 15 months old and 9.5kg. I gave her 3ml of P120 drops in the morning and 2 ml in the evening by mistake. I am so worried. Will it cause any problem? Kindly tell me.

As far as I am aware, P120 is available only as syrup. That is 120mg/5ml. If that is the case, then no need to worry. 5ml of P120 syrup can be given every 6 hours for a child weighing 9.5kg.
