Overcome from general anxiety disorders
Any have any simple therapy or food or videos to get rid off anxiety from daily life . I feel afraid of losing someone, feel afraid of big diseases .feel frustration if my small thing damaged etc , feel afraid of losing jilob. I have reached out to this forum

Go for walking,yoga,exercises.atleast for one hour. Drink enough water. Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits and sprouts in ur meal. Drink milk 200 ml,buttermilk 200 ml per day. Dryfruits almonds,walnuts,figs,raisins,drydates are good to reduce  anxiety tension.
