Overall kidney and liver health
I was a regular gym goer during my college days. After my college , I was busy preparing for various exams and could seldom find time to go to gym ,but I still tried keep my protein high and sometimes consumed whey protein ,whenever my mom allows me (she said to not consume it regularly but buy it once every 3 months). I also started taking creatine supplement. But my physical movement was low . Recently ,since last several months ,I felt heaviness in my stomach, specially after a meal. So I did my blood test, and abnormalities that I  found are : Uric acid :7.7 eGFR : 87 Mild cholestrol. But my USG results are : Normal kidney but mildly enlarged  liver . Conclusion: Mild Hepatomegaly. My mom has now said to completely abandon whey protein, creatine and only eat simple home made food with low protein with plenty of water. But this worries me as I will lose my muscle.I have completely  stopped taking creatine. But I have to eat 90-95 grams of protein daily to sustain muscle. Please help.
