You are 19yrs old and are probably doing your degree course. You along with your friends can play basketball, football, badminton, cycling or even running. You are not 60yrs old to do walking. Enjoy any sport which will give you exercise as well. Group activity will sustain motivation and also helps your confidence, social skills and team building skills, adjustments, leadership skills etc. Of course you will lose weight in this enjoyable process.

Avoid junk foods,add extra calories to your diet,have small 4 to 5 meals rather than large 3...add protein rich foods and healthy fats to diet for e.g..egg white...add fibre rich foods like green leafy veggies,carrots,Apple,banana etc....do regular exercise without failure...do bulk up exercises like weight lifting etc....consult dietitian for further details
