I'm 25 years old. For last 3 years I have been fighting for weight loss. But never seen any results. I was in a hostel for last 6 years so I had a very bad food routine then. But for last 1 year I have maintained a good food routine I have tried to do exercise, yoga still I can find no change. I'm always dieting but it never shown me any result. My height is 5.3 and weight is 65. My nutritionist said my weight should be 55. I have no other diseases. I only take my gas tablet. For last 2 months I'm facing terrible hair fall I guess there is no relation between them.
