Over weight
I am 5'1 inch. My weight is 67 kg. I walk for 40 minutes a day and do yoga for 20 minutes. I am a vegetarian. Fast morning I drink glass of water then 8;30 2 roti with vegetables. At 11pm-1 guava. At 1:3o rice dal and 2 vegetables .at 6:30 1 glass of milk. At 10pm 2roties,dal 1 glass of milk.

Hello, Your diet lack proper breakfast, (it should be within 1 hour of waking up) and protein (Daals, sprouts, curd, buttermilk, paneer) -Include protein in your diet (taking protein rich foods post workout helps in muscle building) -Increase fiber in your diet (Will help you stay full) -Include fruits and vegetables in your diet (2-3 serving) -Take 5-6 meals a day. -Water intake of atleast 3L per day -Add healthy fat like nuts to your diet. -Avoid/Exclude fried, sugary and junk food -Eat a balanced and healthy diet -Do not skip breakfast as 40% of days energy is from breakfast NOTE: The above mentioned practices can change according to a specific medical condition
