Hi. I am over weight and tried diet, exercise, walking. But not able to shed the unwanted weight after my 2nd kid. (Its been 4 yrs after my second kid.) Feeling hungry even after eating. Having food cravings for chocolates, sweets and junk food. I am forgetting the things most often. Also getting angry over little things and mood swings. My periods are regular but from last three months feeling very tired and having fever during periods. I am also suffering from constipation.
