Over exfoliated and allergic skin.

Sir/Ma'am,I've accidentally over exfoliated my skin around nose with lemon juice which has resulted in an allergic infection causing skin to dry out.I've used certain creams like Quadriderm etc. but without any much benefit.Kind help me in this regard....
