I am 20 years old,my weight is 41 kg. In ultrasound I have found a simple cyst in my left ovary which is ( 3.6 × 2.5 cm) .From the very beginning I have severe period cramps and vomiting, but periods come on time. Sometimes there is pain in the pelvic region and one side leg. Should I seek treatment for an ovarian cyst or wait for it to go away on its own?

You should get another scan done after 3 months to see if there is some change in the ovarian cyst. Further management will depend on the second scan report.
