Outside of my left ear lobe, skin peeling and blackening has happened, and it itches sometimes. What could be the reason.

It will be ideal if you share the picture  of the concerned area for a proper diagnosis to be made , on the basis  of history  it may be dermatitis , apply moisturizing  cream to keep the skin soft,  do not scratch  it will aggravate  the concern , move in for a online consultation  for proper treatment
