  4. Outgrowth in tongue. To other region?

Outgrowth in tongue
There's an outgrowth at the edge of my tongue. It is reddish white in colour. Doesn't ache but it had been of the same size since 2 years now. The outgrowth is fairly round and flattened at the centre. A surgeon whom I've visited said that it is due to pappilomavirus. But it hasn't increased in size or spread to other region
