Other treatment after medical abortion.

Dear doctor, on Feb 9th I had medical abortion of 5-6 weeks baby. I had stomach bloating for one week and it slowly reduced. Now im feeling normal. Bleeding has stopped. Today is 10th day. After medical abortion, the doc gave 2 tabs. Dynoflox ez and pantocle to be used twice for 6 days. I used them for 3 days and felt very sleepy and so upon practo docs suggestion to stop all medicines, I stopped using them and I feel very comfortable. Stomach bloating is reduced and the doc said I will be fine with in two weeks. And there is no need of using any medicine. Now, I'm going to a general doctor tomorrow as my left fingers were burnt nearly 3 months ago. I can't tell him that I'm aborted 10 days back. So if he gives some medicines tmr, can I use them now in this post medical abortion? Will there be any side effects? Should I tell the doctor about the abortion? But i can't tell him. Kindly suggest me whether I can use the medicines normally for mtt hand problem or should I not use them in
