Thanks. I would need to see the MRI to see the extent f osteochondral lesion .If it's a focal lesion then we could regenerate the cartilage defect
Next Steps
For your age I would try to regrow the cartilage defect , but need to see the scans and assess the defect through knee arthroscopy. By this method we could delay the development if OA
