My father has suddenly had excruciating pain in wrist and was unable to rotate his wrist with ease. He did x-ray and found that it is due to osteoarthritis. Kindly advice on treatment.

Wrist osteoarthritis has many different ways of being treated. The way of treating depends on how bad the symptoms are, what the x-ray looks like and what your goals from the treatment are. Thy can be simple things like proper regular painkillers or going on to something complex like joint fusions. Please discuss with your Orthopaedic Surgeon about the same.
