This is the report from MRI Osteoarthritis in the left shoulder with cartilage erosion and mild joint effusion associated with osteoarthritis in the acromioclavicular joint with mild impingement over the superior surface of the left supraspinatus muscles. No ratator cuff tear or tissue retraction no muscles astrophy. She did more than 9 month physiotherapy but no results can you advice for solution or better results thank you
