Orthopaedic pain in feet
I have pain in my feet while walking. I use walking shoes. After I take off shoes, my walking barefoot or in chappals is quite painful. The sole and above heel pains. Almost entire area of both the feet aches. Please advise.

Hello, Looks like its plantar fascitis. Is the pain more when u wake up in the morning?? If yes then the fascia that covers the sole is inflamed. Get physiotherapy done to reduce inflammation and also they will show you stretches and strenghthening exercises.

1.Wear high sole shoes 2.Do contrast bath(take 2 buckets 1 with ice cold water and 1 with hot water.Immerse your foot in both buckets alternately) first thing in the morning.This will give a lot of relief and help you begin your day with less discomfort.
