I had vitamin b12 deficiency and doctor suggested I take b12 injections 1 each week for 5 weeks.
Today I took my second injection and I am having orange urine since then and extreme pain in one leg.
Is it all related to injection?

For leg pain check your kft level also and visit a orthopaedic maybe due to sometime uric acid or sometime ligament injury
