My sister khusboo was suffering from oral ulceration problem whole month are affected And thise episod coming every month some time she facing constipation problem. She already take some medicine but not completely cured ( B-complex,vitcofol inj. ) Plz give proper treatment Thank u dr.

As a ENT surgeon I would suggest u to take proper consultation with detail history although most most common causes of oral ulceration is aphthous ulcers but repetitive episode can lead to carcinomatous changes in oral cavity . Injection has no role in oral ulcers.
