Oral ulcer
I had toung cancer and I operated and have completed my chemo and radiation therapy five years before but after radiation therapy I m having some infection in mouth like periconitis and fibrosis. Now my mouth opening is only 12mm and there is seen some swelling in jaw. Dentist told me for biopsy and remove teeth from effected areas. Please advise what to do. Is it possible that it is just a fungle infection. If melignency recure than what type of symptoms shown. Please help.
