Oral Ulcers or Cancer, I am Confused.
I was doing regular dip of Tobacco in my past. I have also a hectic LifeStyle nowadays. I have never seen tiny ulcer like thing in a group. Preferable 5 to 6mm in diameter. They are white and the whole area is little more reddish than the usual. What Can i think about it.

Best would be to visit a specialist preferably an oral and maxillofacial surgeon and get it examined. Ulcers can happen due to multiple reasons.
