You must consult an Oral Medicine specialist who is an expert in Mouth and Jaw diseases and cancer. OSMF is a precancerous condition and should be seen by a Oral Medicine specialist. He will approach by non invasive methods of treating patients. Therefore do not consult a surgeon first.
