Oral sccc?
I have roughness problem since 2 mnths, no smoking or tobacco, started most probably after covaxin dose! Please help me to rule out oral scc?
Both side pigmentation also below top lip as wel. Along with kind of lichenoid reaction marks, plz help

Nowhere near OSCC or lichenoid reaction.
If habit of chewing gums or any other candy or mouth freshner is very ofter, stop that immediately. Roughness of buccal mucosa will go away.
